The Company was established in 1905 under the name of Wang Kee & Co., Ltd. Its operation covered a diversified range of activities, from property to trading, stevedore, warehouse and transportation services. The Company once owned a 24-storey Grade-A office building in a prime location in Central.

In 1973, the Company was incorporated to concentrate in warehouse, transporation, stevedore and trading services.
Providing logistics services to the Container Freight Station (CFS) at Modern Terminals since its auguration in 1971 in Kwai Chung.

Owns a magnificent warehouse at Sun Fung Centre in Tsuen Wan as well as leased space at Modern Terminal’s Warehouse, both with sufficient container and lorry parking spaces.
